1. Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a roof inspection, signing a roofing contract, or authorizing emergency storm tarping services via our dispatch desk at +1 (888) 883-0337, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not authorize work.
2. Scope of Work & Site Safety
- Property Access: The homeowner must provide unobstructed perimeter access around the home for dump trailers, shingles delivery boom trucks, and crew scaffolding.
- Pre-Installation Precautions: Due to roof vibration during tear-off and pneumatic nailing, homeowners are advised to remove fragile wall hangings and mirrors from interior upper-floor walls prior to construction day.
- Inclement Weather: For crew safety and home protection, roof installations may be paused or rescheduled in the event of active rainfall, lightning, or severe winds exceeding safe OSHA guidelines.
3. Transparent Pricing & Insurance Contingencies
- Written Itemized Quotes: Every roofing contract specifies exact materials (shingle manufacturer, underlayment type, ventilation, and flashing). No unexpected change orders occur without prior written homeowner approval.
- Insurance Restoration Contingency: If work is performed subject to an insurance claim, RoofingCare agrees to execute the scope of work approved by your insurance carrier for the exact insurance proceeds plus your mandatory deductible.
- Payment Schedule: Standard contracts typically require a material deposit upon delivery, with final balance due upon successful completion, final magnetic sweep, and city building inspection approval.
4. 25-Year Workmanship Warranty
- RoofingCare provides our industry-leading 25-Year Comprehensive Workmanship Warranty on all complete full-roof replacements against installation defects and water intrusion.
- Materials are separately warrantied by the manufacturer (e.g., GAF Golden Pledge 50-Year Non-Prorated Warranty).
- Warranty coverage excludes damages resulting from acts of nature (such as hurricanes or tornadoes exceeding manufacturer wind ratings), falling trees, unapproved rooftop additions by third parties, or structural foundation movement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofingCare Services LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing structural rot discovered beneath old decking, interior water stains occurring prior to initial emergency tarping, or incidental landscaping damage unavoidable during tear-off when safety tarps are deployed.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Contracts may be cancelled within three (3) business days of signing pursuant to federal and state statutory cooling-off regulations, provided material delivery or emergency tarping has not yet commenced.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the specific state in which the roofing work is executed.
